After a number of leaks, we finally have another one that gives fans their third glimpse of the much-talked about Xiaomi Redmi Pro. However, this in turn also confirms the presence of two Redmi models that will be announced at the upcoming 27 July Xiaomi event. One image shows the metal back, while the second image shows the dual camera setup. [caption id=“attachment_325803” align=“aligncenter” width=“640”] Image shows the label of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 (Weibo)[/caption] When you consider a similar leak where the label of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 had surfaced online, it simply adds to the evidence that two smartphones exist. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 will be the successor to the currently available Redmi Note 3. So far the Redmi Note 4 is expected to pack in a 5.5-inch Full HD display, a MediaTek X20 deca-core chipset paired with 3GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. There’s a 13MP camera on the back while a 5MP camera takes care of selfies on the front. While the same label also revealed that the smartphone will feature a metal body, the Note 4 like the Redmi Note 3 may once again come with (colour-matched) plastic caps at the top and bottom to keep the pricing in check. Image: PriceRaja[/caption] Coming to the second and more high-end offering, the Redmi Pro is expected to feature an all-metal body with its highlight being the dual-camera setup on the back. The specifications that have leaked out so far include a top of the line MediaTek silicon (X20 or X25) paired with 4GB RAM. Another highlight and the reason for its higher pricing could be the addition of an OLED display. As with every other Xiaomi smartphone released until now, pricing is always the highlight for the brand’s fans. GizmoChina reports that the Redmi Pro could be priced at Yuan 1499 (approximately Rs 16,000). With the OLED display and the metal body, we highly doubt this would be the case unless the company plans to cut some corners when it comes to the finish of the product. The Redmi Note 4 on the other hand is expected to be priced similar to the current day Note 3 models.
