After numerous rumours revealed supposed specifications, features along with the launch date for Samsung's gigantic Galaxy S6 Edge+, a new report has released photos showing 'dummy' store display unit of the upcoming smartphone.
According to AllAboutSamsung.de, the size of the smartphone appears to be at par with the Galaxy Note 4, an approximately 5.7 inch large display. With this device, one can expect the curved display on both sides. SamMobile confirms that the device will be powered the Exynos 7420 instead of a Snapdragon 808. It will include 3GB of RAM. The storage options may remain the same as seen in Galaxy S6 with 64GB as the base model.
Going by previous leaks, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus is likely to be equipped with a 5.5-inch display, 16MP rear camera with OIS, 5MP front-facing camera, 4K video recording and a 3,000mAh battery.
Going by the specifications, the Edge+ is basically a larger version of the existing Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. It may offer stiff competition to the iPhone 6 Plus or the upcoming iPhone 6S as well. At the moment, we will have to wait patiently till August 12 when Samsung officially unveils the device.
