A few phones such as the Sony Xperia 10 mini and the Nokia X3 allow you to do both, but Karbonn mobile is now rolling out the feature to entry level users. The new touch and type Karbonn KT-21 Express, priced at Rs 4,490 also comes with Karbonn Instant Messenger (KIM) - modeled on the hugely popular BlackBerry BBM feature.

Tech2in said in an initial review, that the device’s push mail facility reduces battery consumption and cuts down on data charges.
The KT-21 embeds a 7.1cm TFT QVGA capacitive screen and also has a proximity and motion sensor, Java applications, PC sync, Bluetooth with A2DP support, GPRS/WAP/MMS/EDGE support, and video wallpapers. It equips a 3.2MP camera with flash and 16GB of memory support.
