Ubisoft has released a new video that shows off some of the features of Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag. This time around, the video gives us a look at cities, stealth and assassinations. The video shows that the underwater zones in the game can be fully explored to find goodies such as treasure chests. Check it out:
In the video, protagonist Edward Kenway dives underwater and infiltrates a cavern through an underwater cave. Because he dived underwater, Edward doesn’t have access to any of his usual tools other than some throwing knives.
The video shows one of the major cities of the game—Havanna. The city is a Spanish-styled city, and Ubisoft’s Ashraf Ismail explains that it was built as an homage to Assassin’s Creed 2, which prominently features Florence, among other Italian cities. The video shows that Havana is jam-packed with various activities.

To show the assassination, Ismail takes us through a dense jungle where navigation is much like it was back in Assassin’s Creed 3. It also shows us a new weapon—the blow pipe. Edward can shoot berserk darts that turn targets insane.
Recently, screenshots of the modern era of Assassin’s Creed 4 had been leaked . The screenshots show the interiors of an Abstergo building. Going by the text on the screenshots, however, the modern-era world still seems to be a work-in-progress.
Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag is all set for a November launch and will be hitting PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game will also be making its way to the PC at a later date.
Ever heard of one of those people who just never seem to shut up about something? Shunal is like the nerd equivalent of that guy. Believe us when we say that he can go on talking about games and smartphones for hours on end. We do manage to find some insight in his insane ramblings though, and through his moronic facade, he does seem to know more than he lets on. Sadly enough, it always ends up being about gaming with him. Or stupid, stupid puns.
