The top four proposals will visit the Glenn Research Centre between the 18th and 20th of May, and get a fund of $1,000 to design these experiments. The experiments will be carried to the edge of space by helium weather balloons. The experiments will then be retrieved and the results of the experiments will then be presented on the 23rd of May. The other four teams will also be given $1,000 as funding for their experiments. The aim of this exercise is to improve interest in science and technology among students.
