The Nintendo DS is all set to get its first wrestling game; no it’s not a WWE game, it’s not a Def Jam game, nor is it a TNA game, it’s umm… Nacho Libre, a game that’ll be based on the upcoming movie of the same name, starring Jack Black. The game will be published by Majesco (no word on the developer yet) and will revolve around Black as he dons the garb of a Luchador (Mexican Wrestler) to save his orphanage from financial ruins. In the game, you could either play as Nacho (Black) or ten other Luchadors, armed with their own unique moves.
You can expect lots of dramatic wrestling moves, four play modes, mini-games that make use of the DS’s touch screen and a wi-fi multiplayer mode for up to four opponents. It’s all wrapped up with a “unique ‘photo puppetry’ visual style”.
The game will be out sometime in October 2006.

Nash, as he prefers being called, woke up to the wonders of gaming rather late but don't bring that up around him. It's a touchy subject. A self confessed Battlefield veteran, Nash spent a good part of 2010 on the Steam Battlefield - with Bad Company (see what we did there?). He has a zero tolerance policy towards RTS games but is currently showing an interest by picking up and moving people - who he refers to as units - in the office. Thank God he's not that enthusiastic about Angry Birds or we'd be seeing women flying all over the place. Bali... Bali, put the receptionist down now.
