MotorStorm Apocalypse Delayed in Japan

In lieu of the horrible natural calamity that struck Japan last week, Sony has decided to delay MotorStorm Apocalypse in that region. This comes as no surprise since Apocalypse has certain races where players literally race against cyclones across the shore line while ships and boats are violently flung all around them. On a normal day that race would seem intense and breathtaking but now it’s just a somber reminder of the stuff people may have actually gone through.

In other parts of the world, the game will release on schedule which is the 16th of March, two days from now. In the US however the game will only release nearly a month later by the 16th of April 2011. Expect our review real soon.

Thanks to the Silent Chief for the heads up.

Edit: We’re still waiting on an official confirmation from Sony.
