Motorola plans to make its presence felt at the Mobile World Congress this year. The soon-to-be Lenovo company has started sending out invites to the US media for an event to be held on February 25 at MWC, Barcelona. Pocket-lint has confirmed that the company won’t make any major announcements and only disclose business update. So we are not likely to see a refreshed Moto X or a new Moto G at the event. The invite doesn’t really hint at any specific announcement. Looks like, the company plans to clear all the questions around the future of the Moto brand once it transfers to **Lenovo** . Last month, Google sold Motorola to Lenovo for a whopping sum of **$2.9 billion** . With the Moto brand, Motorola seemed committed towards bringing Android devices with superior features in all price bands. Motorola’s CEO Dennis Woodside had earlier had spoken about the hefty price tags on devices these days, hinting at plans to build a device **cheaper than the Moto G** . He said, “Why can’t these devices be $50? There’s no reason that can’t happen so we’re going to push that.” End all speculation around the Moto G India launch plans since the acquisition, the company launched the device here yesterday. It is available “exclusively” via **online retailer Flipkart** . The Moto G went “out of stock” **within a few hours of being put for sale** , with new stock expected soon.
