The Sport is expected to be comparatively cheaper to the Moto 360 (Gen 2), which was launched at a price tag of Rs 19,999 on Flipkart and Myntra on December 1. Both models of the new Moto 360 were announced back in September last year, so yes, Motorola has taken its own sweet time to bring the Sport model to the country. So far, a retailer on Amazon India has listed the same at Rs 31,106 (plus delivery charges) for the 45mm Black variant.

The Moto 360 Sport features a silicon band holding a metal case. The smartwatch is expected to be available in a range of colours. As for the specifications, owners will get hardware specifications similar to that on the standard 360 (Gen 2) model. While both the standard and the Sport models come with Gorilla Glass 3 shield for the display, the Moto 360 Sport boasts a special UV coating as well.

Inside, you get a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 (APQ 8026) quad-core CPU paired with an Adreno 305 GPU. There's 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. The 42mm is expected to pack in a 300mAh battery, while the 46mm (if launched) is expected to feature a slightly larger 400mAh unit. There is an Optical hear-rate monitor (PPG) and IP67 dust and water protection.
