Moto Z Play, the unannounced smartphone by Motorola Mobility and Lenovo is slated to launch on 6 September, according to a recent report by PhoneArena . This was one of the missing devices out of the two devices already available from the Z series available. Moto Z Droid and Moto Z Force Droid are already available in the Market with the new Mod customization in the Z-series. The upcoming Moto Z Play is expected to come with Moto Mods. The device is expected to run on Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 instead of the latest Android Nougat 7.0.
Moto Z Play is expected to sport a 5.5-inch display with a 1080p display running on octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor. The device is expected to run on 3GB RAM and will come with a 3.5 mm headphone/earphone jack which is missing from the currently available devices from the Moto Z series. The device is expected to come with 32GB internal storage, a 16MP rear camera, and a 5MP front shooter. There is no official confirmation about the device and the launch date but the device is being expected soon. The expectation rises from the fact that there was no announcement about the variant the launch of Moto Z Droid and the Moto Z Force Droid. Furthermore, the device was spotted on GFXBench recently which confirmed its presence along with the specs.
