The Motorola Moto C and the Moto C Plus are ultra-budget smartphones that basically come with the bare essentials that one would need to run Android on a smartphone these days.

After **several leaks** , Lenovo-owned **Motorola** , has finally revealed its affordable range of smartphones with the company’s new C-series. The Moto C and the Moto C Plus are ultra-budget smartphones that basically come with the bare essentials that one would need to run Android on a smartphone these days. Both devices will be available this spring in various countries across Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The Moto C will be available in a 3G variant and is priced at Euro 89 (roughly Rs 6,300). The device packs in a 5-inch FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) display and powered by a 1.1 GHz MediaTek MT6737M quad-core chipset with 1 GB RAM. The handset will be available with 8 GB or 16 GB storage options and can be expanded up to 32 GB using the micro SD card slot. The front camera is a 2 MP unit with 63-degree field of view and also features an LED flash. The device sports a 2,350 mAh battery. Next up is the Moto C Plus, which is a slightly better variant of the Moto C and is priced at Euro 119 (roughly Rs 8,300). It features a 5-inch display but with an HD resolution (1280 x 720 pixels). Inside, there’s a MediaTek MT6737 clocked at 1.3 GHz with a generous 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage which is expandable. Both featurea single LED flash unit. All of the above is powered by a larger 4,000 mAh battery. Both the smartphones surprisingly feature capacitive buttons below the display and USB ports along with the headphone jack at the top end.
