'Morning with Google+' event starts tonight at 10PM

Google will be hosting its press event later today to talk about the updates it is rolling out for Google+. The event, titled, “A Morning with Google+”, will see Google’s Vic Gundotra taking the stage. While announcing the event, the company executive said that the company would be “sharing a few updates.”

The event will be held at 10PM IST. Google will be live streaming the event. Users can click here to RSVP and watch it live. While there is no word on what Google plans to discuss, there are speculations about the upcoming Hangouts Android app update being formally announced.

From what we know so far, the Hangouts app for Android is slated to get SMS and MMS integration. It will be available for all Android users, except those still working with devices running on Android 2.2 or below. There is also a possibility that the Search giant may be sharing some Google+ user base numbers, something we haven’t heard about for some time now. “A morning with Google+” is just one event that the company has planned, with the speculated Nexus 5 and Android 4.4 KitKat launch also slated to come our way later this week .
