The mysterious Nokia E6-00 that’s been making rounds in the leaked handset circles since January of this year is out again. This time, aside for showing off its Touch and Type interface, a few sample videos and images from its 8 megapixel camera have also popped up. A few more photos of the phone all dressed in slick white and sliver has also been showcased.

Not a bad looking handset at all
Although, Nokia has made no official remarks about this particular handset, a few specs have been confirmed though, for the record, not officially. Here’s a quick look at what we estimate the handset would be equipped with -
- 2.6-inch capacitive touchscreen with a 640 x 480 pixel resolution
- 3G, Wi-Fi
- GPS with Ovi Maps and A-GPS support
- Bluetooth with A2DP and USB 2.0 (micro)
- 8 Megapixel camera with dual LED flash 720p video recording (confirmed)
- Secondary VGA camera in front
- microSD card support
The E6-00 will, in all probability, be loaded with Symbian ^3. This could be the newest member of Nokia’s Touch and Type family but for their E-Series business calls segment. Since the handset is still under wraps, officially, there’s no word on when we’ll see it on the Nokia site or in some pre-release teaser.
Whoever’s managed to get their hands on tihs device has been kind enough to give us a short video demo. Take a look -
