 "More HTC One press images leak; looks very similar to BlackBerry Z10")
At this point, HTC’s announcement this evening is beginning to feel like an afterthought. If there was anything that remained veiled about the HTC One so far, it was the back of the device.
The company has tried its best to give us a glimpse of the phone through various promotional images, showing tiny bits of the phone. And now French website Nowhereelse.fr has got hold of what looks like official press images of the HTC One.

The latest images line up nicely with the previous leak and confirm the front stereo speakers above and below the display. To be honest, the speaker grilles make the phone look like a bigger version of the BlackBerry Z10. Of course, we will be getting a more official press image from the company itself before too long. The announcement of the phone (and maybe a couple of surprises) will come today evening.
The back of the phone looks remarkably like the iPhone 5, but without the duotone aesthetic. There is a gentle line running above the centred camera lens and below the now ubiquitous Beats Audio branding, which reminds us of the latest iPhone’s dual-toned back.
From the images, it looks to be a super-slim phone and unsurprisingly, there is a hint of a unibody construction, something that was seen on the HTC One X last year. Another weird aspect is the lack of a Recent Apps button, which makes us wonder what HTC has got up its sleeve when it comes to software. If it is anything like how the HTC One X handled the menu function (on older apps not following Holo design guidelines), then fans will be bitterly disappointed.
The images also give a better look at the new iteration of Sense UI in the phone. The HTC One will feature Sense 5.0, which has a cleaner, flatter look and is a stark departure from the over-designed Sense seen in older phones. The weather widget, which used to be a clunky, large-type affair, has also been modified to be vector-based rather than animation heavy.
A reminder of the phone’s specs: It will be powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor, each core clocked at 1.7GHz. It will likely have 2GB of RAM and a high-capacity battery to power the full HD screen.
