It seems Rockstar is going the Criterion way and offering copious amounts of gameplay in the form of free downloadable content (DLC) for their latest free roaming racer, Midnight Club: Los Angeles.

This new area (called South Central) is roughly one-third of the size of the current MC: L.A. map and will contain landmarks like the USC campus and the L.A. Memorial Coliseum, according to Rockstar. Alongside the release of the ‘South Central upgrade map’ will be the premium ‘South Central content pack.’ There’s no indication as to what the pack will cost, but we know that it will include new cars, a motorcycle, SUVs (which aren’t currently available in L.A.), races, music, and more.
In case you still haven’t bought this game we suggest you buy it ASAP. It’s ace.
Nash, as he prefers being called, woke up to the wonders of gaming rather late but don't bring that up around him. It's a touchy subject. A self confessed Battlefield veteran, Nash spent a good part of 2010 on the Steam Battlefield - with Bad Company (see what we did there?). He has a zero tolerance policy towards RTS games but is currently showing an interest by picking up and moving people - who he refers to as units - in the office. Thank God he's not that enthusiastic about Angry Birds or we'd be seeing women flying all over the place. Bali... Bali, put the receptionist down now.
