Microsoft has introduced a new version of its Outlook email app for the Apple Watch. The new app now displays more information from each message, allows users to tap for Quick Replies or dictate a full reply via Siri. You can download the app from here. Microsoft offers apps such as PowerPoint, OneDrive, Skype and Translator for both the Apple Watch and Android Wear devices. According to a report by The Verge, the latest update makes it easier to see full emails and the ability to now reply to messages. Outlook’s notifications now shows a lot more of the email body instead of just a few lines as before. In other features, users can now tap on the Outlook icon in the notification to launch a dedicated Outlook Apple Watch app that lets you see an overview of email and reply to any messages using quick replies or dictation, the report added. The company has also set up a dedicated wearables site which offers information about various Office apps for Android Wear and the Apple Watch. According to a previous **report** , a survey conducted by Wristly and Ben Bajarin of Techpinions reveals 97 percent of the 1000 early adopters of the watch say they are satisfied with the Apple watch. This is way higher than the first-generation iPhone and iPad consumer satisfaction ratings. Out of the 1000 Apple Watch owners, 66 percent are very satisfied with the device, 31 percent are somewhat satisfied. Overall, the Apple Watch has a customer satisfaction rating of 97%. The report also points out tech-savvy users were more critical of the device than casual consumers. These early adopters would rather ask their friends to wait until the product is worth buying. On the others, those who weren’t very tech savvy showed a lot more enthusiasm for the watch.
Microsoft’s Outlook for iOS which already includes the Apple Watch companion app did not offer much but now, the company has launched a full app that displays more information from each message, allows users to tap for Quick Replies or dictate a full reply via Siri. You can download the app from here.
