Microsoft has updated its Windows Live Onecare to version 1.5, which adds support for Windows Vista RC1 and RC2. This expands the reach of Onecare as it was compatible with only Windows XP earlier. The new beta includes international language support and the ability to backup data to a remote PC or a removable device such as a USB drive.
Windows Onecare is a new class of all-in-one security suites which offers antivirus, anti-spyware PC tuning ad backup tools for a fixed sum of $49.95 USD per year. Similar offerings have been launched both by Mcafee and Symantec.
