Micromax Canvas Hue, which claims 30-day battery backup, launched for Rs 10,999

Micromax has launched the all-new Canvas Hue in India for Rs 10,999. The highlight of the smartphone is its 30-day battery backup claim by the company. The smartphone sports a 5-inch AMOLED HD display with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection against minor scratches. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad core processor and 1GB RAM. The device also gets an8MP auto focus rear camera with Sony sensor and a 2MP front-facing camera. The device runs Android KitKat 4.4.2 and will be upgradeable to Android Lollipop 5.0 through FOTA soon. The Canvas Hue is a dual-SIM smartphone with a plethora of special themes. It comes equipped with 8GB onboard storage with expandable memory up to 32GB. The 3000mAh battery completes the package.
