Micromax Alpha Series laptop launched for Rs 26,990

Micromax Informatics just launched a new Alpha series laptop aimed at performance oriented users. The slim and compact Micromax Alpha is now available for Rs 26,990 exclusively from Flipkart. This is the fourth laptop launched by Micromax since October 2015. The laptop comes pre-installed with Windows 10. The Alpha sports 6 GB of RAM and 500 MB ROM. The laptop is powered by a 5th generation Intel Core i3 Processor. There is a 15.6 inch high definition display. The 4 cell battery is rated to allow for 4.45 hours of continuous use. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB and Ethernet are the connectivity options available. The device weighs in at 2.1 kg. There are dual front speakers. The specific model name of the newly launched laptop is the Micromax Alpha Series LI351568W. The laptop is targeted at power users, who frequently multi-task. Micromax claims the device offers superior productivity at an affordable price. The device has been developed to ensure that there is as little heating and lag as possible. Apart from being a productivity centric work horse, the Micromax Alpha is also designed to double as an entertainment hub. Previously, Micromax had launched the Ignite and Alpha series to cater to mid range users. These laptops were also available exclusively on Flipkart.
