Xiaomi is expected to unveil the
**Mi Mix 2S** at MWC 2018 later this month and the rumour mill is constantly churning out new information about the device. The latest is an allegedly leaked spec-sheet of the phone which indicates that perhaps the phone will have an
**under-the-display** fingerprint sensor. [caption id=“attachment_4344029” align=“alignleft” width=“380”] Mi Mix 2S render.
Weibo[/caption] As per a
report by Gizmochina, the Mi Mix 2S will have a Full Screen 3.0 design giving it a higher screen-to-body ratio than even the
**Mi Mix 2** . The front camera has been shifted from the bottom to the top right of the phone in the shape of a little cutout. The phone will retain the ceramic design of its predecessor and it will be curved on all four sides. The spec sheet also points to an under-display fingerprint sensor as there appears to be no scanner on the rear of the phone. [caption id=“attachment_4343831” align=“alignnone” width=“1280”]

Weibo[/caption] The Mix 2S could most likely be the first device to sport Qualcomm’s latest
**Snapdragon 845 SoC** and should be paired alongside 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. It’s not clear whether there will be other storage variants of the device. In the camera department, the phone is expected to sport dual-cameras as opposed to the single camera system in Mi Mix 2. However, this information is only based on rumours and not facts. None of the previous renders have pointed towards a dual-camera system or an under-display fingerprint sensor.
