Mercury ViewCam range introduced in India

Kobian extends its low cost Mercury peripheral range in India with the high-res ViewCam series. The ViewCam series, includes Vizion, Aqua and Glaze ranging from 10MP to 25MP, CMOS technology enabled, along with real optics and autofocus. It equips a multi-attach base with rubber grip to easily fit onto notebook screens and monitors (CRT and flat screens).

This product is designed to shorten the distance between people with live video chat with friends and family via MSN, Skype and Yahoo. The product is a step ahead from its predecessors, we had launched the bright tangerine colored ViewCam, Tango, 2 years ago which was appreciated by the consumers, " said Sushmita Das, Country Manager-India, Kobian Pte Ltd.

Promising  to offer full motion 30 fps digital video streams with USB 2.0 at 480 Mbps, it also features intelligent face tracking software. Kobian offers the Mercury series at a price between Rs. 400 and Rs. 2,100.
