Meizu launches MX5 in India at Rs 19,999; now available exclusively via Snapdeal

Meizu has finally launched the MX5 in India. The 16GB variant is priced at Rs 19,999 and will be exclusively available online via Snapdeal starting today at 2PM.

In terms of specifications, the Meizu MX5 sports a 5.5-inch display with a 1920 X 1080 pixel resolution along with a 401ppi. It is powered by a 64-bit Helio X10 octa-core processor paired with 3GB RAM. While the 16GB variant is now available, 32GB and 64GB storage variants will be made available in the near future.

It comes equipped with a 20.7-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX220 Exmor RS BSI sensor along with a 5MP front facing camera. The rear camera is also capable of recording videos at a 4K resolution. In terms of connectivity, the device includes 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, Glonass, and Micro-USB.

The smartphone runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop-based Flyme 4.5 OS and is backed by a 3150mAh battery and supports quick charging via the company's mCharge technology that can charge up to 50 percent in just 30 minutes.
