If you don’t have any significant plans this Valentine’s Day, you could help Commander Shepard save the galaxy through the Mass Effect 3 demo that’s expected by the 14th of February 2012. The single player portion of this demo will include the game’s first mission where you’re supposed to fight off a Reaper invasion with your Normandy crew members. This demo is expected to offer nearly an hour of gameplay and will show off some of the new customization options BioWare have included for this game. Just so you know, neither your demo character nor your progress will be transferable to the full game.
Go out or save the galaxy. You decide.
The demo will also contain the game’s co-op portion and if you’ve purchased the limited edition of Battlefield 3, you’ll be granted access immediately. If you haven’t, you’ll have to wait for three more days as open access begins February 17th. Mass Effect 3 releases for the Xbox360, PS3 and PC by the 6th of March 2012.
Nash, as he prefers being called, woke up to the wonders of gaming rather late but don't bring that up around him. It's a touchy subject. A self confessed Battlefield veteran, Nash spent a good part of 2010 on the Steam Battlefield - with Bad Company (see what we did there?). He has a zero tolerance policy towards RTS games but is currently showing an interest by picking up and moving people - who he refers to as units - in the office. Thank God he's not that enthusiastic about Angry Birds or we'd be seeing women flying all over the place. Bali... Bali, put the receptionist down now.
