LinkedIn has revamped the search function on its website to unify jobs, people and companies into one stream. Basic functions like autocomplete and suggestions have also made their way to the professional social networking website’s search. The unified search page shows you results from across the site, including people, jobs, groups and companies.
Besides this, LinkedIn has tried to concentrate on improving the search function itself. Autocomplete is finally a part of LinkedIn search and people who frequent other social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter can testify how important this feature really is. LinkedIn will now prompt you with search terms even as you type. LinkedIn says it will improve its predictions over time to help you find what you’re searching for faster.
Intrigued by all things social, Nishtha will invariably tweet about you. When not tweeting or writing about the next viral video, you will hear her proclaiming her love to Metallica, James Hetfield, Opeth, Akerfeldt and all bands that go 'growl'. She also obsesses about ACP Pradyuman and South Park and you will always find her moving around with a book. Her focus is on all the happening stuff in the tech domain, and she won't hesitate to take a shot at some of the oddball devices that make their way to our labs.
