LinkedIn has launched its LinkedIn Today app for Android devices. The app, which already exists for iOS devices, allows LinkedIn users to access customized news about their industry connections and peers. Android users can download the app from the Android Market.
LinkedIn Today available for Android
LinkedIn Today provides users with news separated into categories, top news on LinkedIn and news based on connections and industry peers. It aims at helping users stay in touch with what’s going on in their industry and outside world and see what’s being shared and talked about in real time. Android users can tap on an article to see a short summary of it and then tap on it again to read the full story from its source. They can also share articles or send them directly to their connections.
