LG V30's user interface, UX 6.0+, details shared ahead of 15 September launch

LG has shared details of the upcoming V30’s software, giving us a first look at the flagship smartphone’s user interface. [caption id=“attachment_3929221” align=“alignleft” width=“380”]Image Courtesy: LG Image Courtesy: LG[/caption] Called as the LG UX 6.0+, the phone’s UI has been specially optimised for the phone’s OLED FullVision display_._ Also included are features such as a simplified weather widget and a new Floating Bar feature enabled for the secondary screen on the top. The camera has been modified to include a feature called as “Graphy” which helps users choose from a wide variety of professional shots with different filters. They can also download photos taken by professionals on Graphy’s website and apply the presets to the photos clicked by the V30. Also, GIFs can now be created easily and new tricks for movie creation have also been introduced. The AOD allows for quick access to all the frequently used functions and can be dragged completely off the FullVision display when not in use. When the main display is turned off the AOD will display the clock, Quick Tools, Music Player or a personal photograph. The UI has been modified to include face detection feature, similar to the one found in **Samsung** **Galaxy S8 and S8+** . Another security feature is the voice recognition which uses a combination of the user’s voice and self-generated 3-5 syllable keywords. This technology is supported by  **Qualcomm** Aqstic voice UI and unlocks the phone without pressing the power button or swiping up the screen.
