The South Korean electronics giant LG is said to be working on its next flagship phone, the G6. We have been hearing a lot of speculations about the same. But according to a retailer in Mumbai , the company has released the LG V20, its other high end series phone in India on 30 November.

According to Mahesh Telecom, LG V20 has started selling in India for a best buy price of Rs 54,999, at an MRP of Rs 60,000. With a Rs 60,000 price tag, the LG V20 is priced quite higher than the launch price of LG G5. With the LG G6 already expected to come in a few months, the price point for the V20 seems to be on the higher side. But it comes with the latest Android Nougat 7.0 OS.

Mahesh Telecom is offering exchange offers with the LG V20 and seems to have partnered with Cashify , which is an platform to sell your second hand devices. Early buyers will also get Bang and Olufsen headphones for free as well.
According to Mahesh Telecom, Samsung Galaxy S7 edge and Apple iPhone 6s Plus will get an assured exchange amount of Rs 27,000, thereby getting the effective cost of the V20 down to Rs 27,990. An Apple iPhone 6s Plus 128GB variant is expected to get an exchange amount of Rs 32,000. The minimum buy back offer is on Sony Xperia Z5 for Rs 15,000.
The LG V20 sports a 5.7-inch QHD IPS display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. According to LG, it will offer high-quality audio playback and recording, with reduced background noise thanks to the onboard Hi-Fi Quad DAC and an HD audio recorder. The V20 will come with a dual-camera setup at the back where one lens comes with a 16MP resolution and f/1.8 aperture, optical image stabilisation and laser auto focus. The second lens is an 8MP wide-angle camera with a 135-degree lens. On the front, there’s a 5MP camera with 120-degree wide-angle.
LG V20 will come powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. It gets 64GB onboard storage, which is expandable up to 2TB via microSD card slot. A 3,200mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 completes the package.
