The LG G watch is now available for Rs 14,999 , while the Gear Live is listed at Rs 15,900 . The G Watch will start shipping from July 8, while the Gear Live shows a ‘Coming Soon’ tag.   The G Watch is available in Titan Black and White Gold options. Users can also customise the G Watch with any standard 22mm (0.86 inch) watch strap. It can be used by any smartphone that runs Android 4.3 and above. As rumoured earlier, the smartwatch comes with an always-on display. It is dust as well as water resistant and comes with a 400mAh battery to help it go on all day. One can expect 4GB onboard storage that can be expanded further up to 32GB via microSD card slot.  The device is likely to be powered by a quad-core 787 MHz Snapdragon 400 processor, and the specs sheet confirms 512 MB of RAM. It supports Bluetooth 4.0 and comes with USB (pogo pin) and microUSB on Charging Cradle.   The Samsung Gear Live also comes with an always-on display and  IP67 water and dust resistant capabilities. Unlike the previous rumours, it doesn’t come with a Moto 360-like circular display.  It sports a 1.63-inch display and runs Android Wear. Powered by a 1.2GHz processor, it is fuelled by a 300 mAh battery. The device is aimed at health and fitness freaks and comes equipped with sensors like accelerometer, digital compass, gyroscope and a heart rate monitor.   Unlike the limited support that came with previous Gear smartwatches, the Gear Live will work with any Android smartphone running Jelly Bean 4.3 and above and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity.  Both devices let users say “OK Google” to ask questions, take notes, and perform actions within apps on their smartphones.
