Lenovo has announced a budget handset, the Vibe K5, in India priced at Rs 6,999. The smartphone is a direct successor to the A6000 smartphone and is also one of the first handsets to come with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 octa-core processor.

Other feature include 2GB of DDR3 RAM, a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera for taking selfies. There is 16GB of internal storage expandable via a microSD card, Android 5.1 Lollipop, a 2,750mAh battery and 4G LTE. It will be coming in three colour options, Gold, Silver and Grey.
