Lenovo Vibe K5 Note launched in India at Rs 11,999

At a special event in New Delhi, Lenovo announced its budget friendly smartphone, the Vibe K5 Note. The smartphone was first unveiled in  China back in January and was set to arrive in India in July but saw certain delays. Better late than never, the smartphone is finally here and is priced at Rs 11,999 for the 3GB RAM model and Rs 13,499 for the 4GB RAM model. The Lenovo K5 Note will go on an open sale from 3 August at 23:59 hours and will be exclusive to Flipkart. https://twitter.com/tech2eets/status/760060573258244096 Update to the the Vibe K4 Note, the new smartphone comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD LTPS display with a 1920×1080 resolution and is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor along with 3GB/4GB of RAM and a Mali-T860 GPU. The Chinese version only has the option of 2GB or 3GB of RAM. In terms of design it has a metal finish at the back with curved edges and will be coming in two colour variants, black, gold and silver.  Lenovo also announced an update version of its Vibe K5 Plus with an extra 1GB RAM at the same price tag. The rest of the specifications remain the same with a 5-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 616 processor and 16GB of internal storage.
