Lenovo Vibe K5 Note can be booked through Ola app

Flipkart has teamed up with Ola to offer the cab hailing service users, Lenovo Vibe K5 Note before the sale on Flipkart. This is the first time that phone will be available for preview and experience through Ola. The on-demand platform will ensure that the device will be available to experience at the customer’s doorstep after requesting an Ola Prime cab. The device is set to launch on August 4, 2016, exclusively on Flipkart. This opportunity will enable for thousands of Lenovo fans across five cities across India that include Delhi, Mumbai, Banglore, Pune and Chennai. Under the same, the customers booking Old Prime on August 1 and 2 can unlock a new category, ‘VR-RIDE’ on August 3 from the Ola app. The users who miss the opportunity on August 1 and 2 will again get a chance to unlock the new category in the Ola app by booking Ola Prime ride on August 3 and 4. They can unlock the category on August 5 and 6 to experience the Vibe K5 Note by Lenovo. The timings to request the special category will be limited from 11 am to 6 pm. The preview package will include Lenovo Vibe K5 Note and the Lenovo AntVR headset. “Taking customer experience to the next level, we have partnered with Ola to offer users, a hands-on experience of the Lenovo K5 Note. As part of the pre-launch, customers who take an Ola Prime ride will be able to request for a device preview at their doorstep,” added Ajay Yadav, VP- Mobiles at Flipkart. “Ola’s customers will be the first in the country to preview the much awaited Lenovo K5 Note before it becomes available for sale exclusively on Flipkart. Through the specially created VR-RIDE category on the Ola app, customers can experience the smartphone with the same ease as requesting a cab ride,” added Raghuvesh Sarup, CMO, and Head of Categories, Ola.
