Lenovo launched the Phab series in India last year and unveiled the new updated Phab2 series earlier this year at the Lenovo Tech World Conference in San Francisco. Well the Phab2 series is now official in India as the company just announced the Phab2 Plus at Rs 14,999. It is quite a large smartphone featuring a 6.4-inch with Full HD display (1920×1080 pixels resolution) protected with a 2.5D curved glass on top. It is powered by a MediaTek MT8783 chipset which has an octa-core processor paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage expandable up to 128GB using a microSD card. The smartphone features a dual camera setup at the back which has two 13MP camera lenses with a laser guided autofocus system and f/2.0 aperture. With this camera setup, the smartphone offers an augmented reality mode that can create photos and videos with superimposed effects say like a virtual background. The smartphone also comes with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Audio Capture 5.1 surround sound, a fingerprint scanner at the back and a metal unibody design along with a host of sensors. Rounding off the features is an 8MP front camera with an f/2.2 aperture, a 4,050 mAh battery, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, microUSB and dual SIM support. The smartphone will be come in Champagne Gold and Gunmetal Grey colour options and come bundled with JBL Hybrid earphones. It will be available exclusively on Amazon.in at 1PM starting 8 November 2016.
