Recently we heard that Chinese content giant LeEco was working on a new smartphone which will be a high end device by the name of LeEco Pro 3. While this smartphone is rumoured to feature the Snapdragon 821 SoC with 6GB of RAM, a new variant of the smartphone has emerged.
According to the new leak, the LeEco Pro 3 will also come in a second variant. While we have already got some scoop on the first variant the second variant will be a higher-end version of the smartphone. Leaks suggest that this version will sport 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. This is as good as well equipped desktop or laptop. Other features are said to include a 5.7-inch 2K display, a 13MP dual rear camera, a 16MP front facing unit and a huge 5,000mAh battery to provide the juice. This could be the 7mm thick phone that was leaked a few days back.
The price has been leaked as well although it isn’t very precise. The lower-end model will carry a tag of RMB 2x99, while the higher-end model will be RMB 3x99. Considering the ‘x’ is a 9, the approximate Indian pricing comes down to Rs 31,000 and Rs 41,000 respectively, which doesn’t sounds bad at all.
LeEco is holding a special product event on September 21 in China and hopefully will announce these two new smartphones. Stay tuned for more.
