The smartphone is bit of a downgrade as it features a Snapdragon 820 SoC while the original LeEco Le Pro 3 had a Snapdragon 821.

LeEco flagship the Le Pro 3 was announced back in September in China and still hasn’t made it to India. Now the company has launched another variant of the handset called the Le Pro 3 Elite.

Now by its name, it sounds like an updated version, however that is not the case. In fact the smartphone is bit of a downgrade as it features a Snapdragon 820 SoC while the original Le Pro 3 had a Snapdragon 821. It also lacks NFC, which was present on the original flagship.

In terms of looks, the smartphone is identical, having a metal construction. Even the rest of the specifications are identical. Which means the smartphone features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1920x1080) in-cell touch display with 2.5D curved glass on top, 4GB of RAM, Adreno 530 GPU, and 32GB of inbuilt storage.

In the camera department there is a 16MP primary camera with an f/2.0 aperture, BSI CMOS sensor, phase detection auto-focus, 4K video recording capability and a dual LED flash. There is also an 8MP camera on the front with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 76.5-degree wide-angle lens.

Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth, USB Type-C and FM Radio. Other notable features include Dolby Atmos audio enhancement, fingerprint scanner, infrared port and a 4,070mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support.

The handset is priced at CNY 1,699 (Rs 17,000 approx ) is reportedly selling on the company’s Chinese site .
