While LeEco has had a successful run with its Le 1s smartphone, it seems that the Chinese company is not resting on its laurels just yet. A leak first reported by Priceraja reveals live images of another LeEco smartphone, which is reported to be the successor to the Le 1s smartphone and is tagged as the Le 2. The images come from a Weibo account and show off a form factor similar to the LeEco Le 1s , but using different materials for construction. The front of the alleged LeEco Le 2 shows off a design that is very similar to the currently available Le 1s. The screen to body ratio is again identical to the 1s and the same can be said about the placement of the sensors, the receiver, the front facing camera and the capacitive buttons at the bottom. On the back we again have a set up similar to the Le 1s, but this time with a squared camera module that protrudes quite a bit from the rest of the back. The rest of the back remains flat, with a textured surface that is visible under the glass back. Also visible is the squared out fingerprint reader as well. The handset also shows off the new LeEco logo, which is a change from the currently available Letv branding on the back of the Le 1s and the Le Max smartphones. Another image also shows off the USB Type-C port at the bottom, which is flanked by two speaker grilles on both sides. For now, there is no way to confirm that this is the successor of the LeEco Le 1s, but the similarities in design might indicate that this might actually be the real deal.
