While Xiaomi had confirmed that the much-awaited successor to the Mi 6 would be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) this year, rumours pointed out that company hit a roadblock and has now postponed the launch of its flagship. Xiaomi is said to be bringing its

screenshot comes from Playfuldroid that has revealed new and some known details about the Mi 7. The new details include the presence of 8 GB RAM alongside the already known Qualcomm Snapdragon 845. Xiaomi is said to be debut the brand-new Qualcomm chipset at the MWC this year which could steal Samsung’s thunder at the same event. Another new detail revealed in the leaked screenshot is a massive battery upgrade over the existing Mi 6 smartphone, the model that never made it to India. The Mi 7 is said to be fuelled by a massive 4,480 mAh battery which is a big upgrade over the Mi 6’s 3,350 mAh unit. [caption id=“attachment_4344953” align=“alignnone” width=“539”]

This would include the 16 MP + 16 MP camera set up, a tall 5.6-inch Full HD+ display and 128 GB of internal storage. The same source also revealed that smartphone could be launched after the MWC in April.
The new details about the Xiaomi Mi 7 smartphone include the presence of 8 GB RAM alongside the already known Qualcomm Snapdragon 845.
