An image of what might be the front bezel of Xiaomi’s Max smartphone has surfaced online. The image showcases a 6.4-inch display with narrow bezels and three capacitive buttons. [caption id=“attachment_309957” align=“aligncenter” width=“272”]
Image: GSMArena[/caption] These are, obviously, only rumours, but supposing there’s some meat to them, we can make some educated guesses regarding the Max. MyDrivers
and GSMArena
claim that the image does indeed belong to an upcoming phablet phone called the Xiaomi Max and that the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor. The image allegedly comes directly from a Xiaomi production line. Since there is no fingerprint scanner on the front of the device, there’s supposed to be one on the rear. There’s no other information available regarding the phone or even the resolution of the screen, though it’s rumoured
that the device will debut next month. The fact that Xiaomi is planning to release a phablet is beyond question because they recently conducted a poll in which users were asked to name the upcoming device. If it wasn’t already obvious, Max was the chosen title for the phone.
