Leaked images show alleged iPhone 6 rear shell in multiple angles

The rumours around the upcoming alleged iPhone 6 just don’t seem to halt. A fresh set of images now showing the rear part of the iPhone 6 have surfaced. The photos are shared on Nowhereelse.fr, but its not clear if it’s the 4.7-inch or 5.5-inch variant, reports Macrumors.   A look at the rear shell, one will notice two cutouts on the upper section. One cutout is for the camera and flash, while the other is for an ‘Apple logo.’ One of the images goes well beyond the shell, giving us a sne3aqk peek into the inside of the shell. Unlike the power button in existing iPhone models, the leaked image shows the power button positioned on the right panel of the device. One of the images also gives a sneak peek into the inside of the shell. [caption id=“attachment_225423” align=“aligncenter” width=“640”]  Is it iPhone 6?[/caption]     **Earlier leaks**  have suggested that Apple will be going for a more rounded body and the iPhone 6 will be even slimmer than the current-gen iPhone 5s flagship. One of the leaked image that places the iPhone 6 next to the Galaxy S5 suggests that the iPhone 6 could come with an iPad-like design. The picture also hints at rounded edges and the smooth brushed aluminium back of the iPhone. Apple has scratched out the capsule design of the current flash and has gone with a more traditional circular cutout.   Some sketches seen earlier suggest the iPhone 6 will be bigger and taller than the current models. We have heard about the next-gen iPhone getting a bigger display, so this is not that much of a stretch. Another set of leaked images, supposedly straight from Foxconn, showed the slim profile of the phone with the camera lens protruding on the back. This seems highly unlikely given Apple’s penchant for a flat back. The side panel image also hints at slightly changed volume buttons.  iPhone 6 is now expected to hit stores on September 19, and not August as rumoured earlier.
