Nokia is gearing up for their next big push this time with the help of Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7 OS. The tie up with Microsoft is expected to yield Nokia quite a bit more attention and hopefully redeem their position in mobiledom. While we’re expecting to see some of Nokia’s famous design forms making their way out soon and already heard rumors earlier this month of WP7 devices being leaked, there’s one more that’s just recently come to light. Enter the Nokia 703.

Wmpoweruser.com posted an image of a very N9-ish styled, squared off handset shown off in a rather official looking poster. Take a look below.

The N9 minus Meego plus WP7 = 703

The only evidence we have as to it being a Windows Phone device is the irrefutable Windows Phone Home key placed front and center below the display. Although the image is quite blurry, what we can make out from the specs listed is that it will feature -

  • a 3.7-inch touchscreen display with a 480 x 80 pixel resolution
  • a 5 megapixel camera with 720p video recording,
  • and 8GB of storage

There’s not much else we can make out so we’ll just have to sit back and wait till a better picture or more specs leak. Stay tuned.
