Kingston has just launched a new microSD card in 1 GB capacity. It has also been priced at a competitive Rs 1,820, rivalling some of the no-name brands up for grabs on eBay. The microSD card also comes with an adapter that lets you use it in devices that can only handle full size SD cards, such as cameras and PDAs.

The microSD memory card format, also known as TransFlash, is more popular with Samsung and Motorola phones, and is also used in a few Nokia phones such as the newly launched 6085, 7390, 7373, 6151 and E50 models.
