Even though this game won’t join the ranks of GOTY (Game of the year) anytime soon, it seems to have performed well enough to warranty a sequel; hey that’s the norm anywhere right? While nothing’s official as of now, Swedish magazine Kong is carrying word that Avalanche CEO Christofer Sundberg claims that they’re already working on a sequel and that the game will no longer be set on an island; expect a ‘VERY large city environment’ instead.
The game will be released cross platforms (PS3 included), just like its predecessor. Like I said earlier, there’s no official word as of now, so take this news with a pinch of salt. Stay tuned for our review soon.
Nash, as he prefers being called, woke up to the wonders of gaming rather late but don't bring that up around him. It's a touchy subject. A self confessed Battlefield veteran, Nash spent a good part of 2010 on the Steam Battlefield - with Bad Company (see what we did there?). He has a zero tolerance policy towards RTS games but is currently showing an interest by picking up and moving people - who he refers to as units - in the office.
