Jobs on the Go with Monster's Android App

More and more websites are jumping onto the Android app bandwagon recently, and job portal Monster.com has proven to be no exception. It has launched an Android App for those looking for jobs while on-the-go.

The monster that snatches the comfort of unemployment

Here are the features of the app:

• Search and apply for jobs
• Access your Monster account - resumes, cover letters, job applications and more
• Use your current location to find jobs near you
• Get jobs emailed to you
• Save job searches
• Edit cover letters
• Email jobs to friends

The location tracking feature is a little strange though, it’s not like there are going to be walk-in opportunities all over the place but what the heck, it’s an additional feature and no one’s going to complain. If you’re interested in getting the app, you can hop on over to the Android Market here. Be warned though, the haptic feedback is a little… err… overenthusiastic to say the least.
