We all knew God of War III was going to be awesome but one can’t fathom its awesome quotient without playing it right? We can however take solace in is the fact that nearly every review of the game has been near perfect and Dave Jaffe, the creator of the first God of War game had this to say:

I can say now that visually and production wise, I really don’t think there has EVER been a game that has executed at this level! Presentation and production wise, this is a crazy a*s bar raising simply staggering game! And the execution of the story telling process? F***ing fantastic (amazing opening credits)! Nash, as he prefers being called, woke up to the wonders of gaming rather late but don't bring that up around him. It's a touchy subject. A self confessed Battlefield veteran, Nash spent a good part of 2010 on the Steam Battlefield - with Bad Company (see what we did there?). He has a zero tolerance policy towards RTS games but is currently showing an interest by picking up and moving people - who he refers to as units - in the office. Thank God he's not that enthusiastic about Angry Birds or we'd be seeing women flying all over the place. Bali... Bali, put the receptionist down now.
