Leaks about the upcoming iPhone models 5C and 5S are coming in hard and fast as the rumoured launch date of September 10 is nearing. Images of the two handsets have now allegedly leaked on Weibo in China.

Weibo, the Chinese variant of Twitter, has always been a hot place to find information on upcoming handsets and their specifications. This time, the website has been the home to a leak that could really be pictures of the iPhone 5S and the iPhone 5C. The images show both the phones sitting pretty next to their older cousin – the iPhone 5.

The family portrait seems a little odd since both the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C handsets sitting for the picture are dummy models, minus working displays. The purpose of the image seems to be a silent comparison between the bodies of all three handsets. The iPhone 5S is places right next to the iPhone 5, comparing its subtle redesign and rumoured dual-LED flash. The budget iPhone 5C does look a lot more plasticky than its cousins in the image.

Ctech, serial leakster of repute with sources in China and Vietnam, has also revealed the approximate pricing of the two handsets in accordance with a report by the Chinese Ministry of Audit. The flagship iPhone 5S seems to be priced at 5,599 Yuan or $915 (Rs 57,763 approximately). The budget iPhone 5C is rumoured to be priced at 3,399 Yuan or $555 (Rs 35,037 approx.)

Also “confirmed” for the iPhone 5S and 5C launch, according to PhoneArena, are a bunch of features like a refreshed front shooter, a fingerprint scanner on the Home button, NFC, a gold-coloured variant of the body and a 12 megapixel camera. The phones are rumoured to be announced on September 10 at an Apple event.
