Intex launches 4G-enabled Cloud Jewel smartphone in India at Rs 5,999

Intex unveiled a new smartphone in the market called Cloud Jewel, which will be available for Rs 5,999 in India. The device will be exclusively available via Snapdeal starting 28 March. In terms of specifications, the smartphone features a 5-inch HD IPS display with a 720 x 1280 resolution along with a pixel density of 294ppi. It is powered by a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek processor paired with 2GB RAM. It includes an internal storage of 16GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop, the device sports an 8MP rear camera along with a 2MP front facing camera. In terms of connectivity, the device features 4G connectivity, 3G (HSPA+), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, GPS/A-GPS and a 3.5mm audio jack. A 2500mAh battery completes the package.
