After showing off the first beta version of iOS 7 at its annual Worldwide Developer’s Conference, Apple has released the beta 2 version of its new operating system (OS) for developers. The update is available on Apple’s iOS devices in the Settings section and the final version will be released in September this year.
The latest version of iOS 7 is available not only on iPhone and iPod touch, but for iPad and iPad mini as well.
According to MacRumours , some of the changes include the return of the the Voice Memos app, new male and female Siri voices which were shown off at WWDC and apparently a much faster Siri.

Other changes include an iCloud account log on the welcome screen, thus giving users instant access to iMessages and to any e-mail accounts synced with the account. Reminders on iOS 7 beta 2 have also been redesigned to make the layout to look more organised. Also a clock icon is now next to the search bar on Reminders.
iMessages will now display your nicknames and if you drag the talk bubbles to the left of the screen, you will see exact time when the message was sent.
