iBall has launched a new smartphone called the Cobalt 5.5F Youva which is said to be “designed exclusively for the youth.” The device is priced at Rs 8,999 and will be available across all leading retail stores in the country. The iBall Cobalt 5.5F Youva sports a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with a 720x1280 pixel resolution along with a 267ppi. It is powered by a 1GHz 64-bit quad-core processor paired with 2GB RAM. The smartphone includes an internal storage of 16GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. The iBall Cobalt 5.5F Youva comes equipped with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash along with an 8MP front facing camera. The Android 5.1 Lollipop-based iBall Cobalt 5.5F Youva includes connectivity features such as 4G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Micro-USB (with OTG support), FM radio and Bluetooth. A 2600mAh battery completes the package. Recently, the company also launched the iBall Slide 3G Q45i for a price of Rs 5,999 in India. In terms of specifications, the device features a 7-inch display which packs in a 1024 X 600 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1 GHz 64-bit quad core Intel Atom x3 processor paired with 1GB RAM. It includes an internal storage of 8GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. The tablet runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box and comes equipped with 2MP rear camera along with a 0.3MP front facing camera. On the connectivity front, the iBall Slide 3G Q45i includes 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB OTG, GPS, A-GPS, FM radio, and microUSB connectivity.
