Telecom service provider Hutch, has launched billing services in nine Indian languages — Hindi, Punjabi, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati and Malayalam — apart from English.
Hutch customers can call the Hutch Care Helpline 111 and request for bills in the language of their choice. They will then receive bills in their preferred language from the next billing cycle onwards.
These services are being offered at no extra charge.
Harit Nagpal, marketing director said, “10 language billing is another first from Hutch in making billing services more customer friendly.
