After Huawei P9 and P9 plus, the company is now reportedly planning to launch a new smartphone dubbed the Honor 5C. A leaked image with ‘4.13’ written on it suggest that there will be a press conference held on April 13. In terms of specifications, the device is said to succeed the Honor 4C, which was launched in India last year. The biggest update in the device will be its chipset which will be the Kirin 650. The new chipset also brings LTE, which was not previously available on the Honor 4C.  In other features, the device is said to come with a HD display, along with a 2GB RAM. The Dual SIM smartphone is most likely to run Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Emotion UI on top. One can also expect a 13MP shooter on the back. The Honor 4C which launched last year, sports a 5-inch display with a 1280 x 720 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1.2GHz Hisilicon Kirin 620 processor paired with 2GB RAM. It has an internal storage of 8GB and can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. On the camera front, the Honor 4C comes equipped with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front facing camera. The smartphone will run on Android 4.4 KitKat with Emotion UI 3.0 on top. In terms of connectivity, the device includes Micro Dual-SIM (GSM + WCDMA) slots, Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Micro-USB, micro-USB v2.0, A-GPS and GLONASS. The device is powered by a 2550 mAh battery, which offers talk time up to 10 hrs (2G) and 15 hrs (3G), as claimed by the company.
