Serial leaker @evleaks has managed to leak both images and specifications of what it claims to be HTC’s rumoured smartphone, Zara, on Twitter.
Going by what @evleaks has managed to leak, the Zara will be powered by 1.2GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM. The HTC Zara is also likely to sport a 4.5-inch display. Other specifications of the Zara include HTC Sense 5.5, 8GB of storage and a 2100 mAH battery. Going by the images posted on Twitter, it does seem that the HTC Zara smartphone will sport front-facing speakers like the One.
Is this the Zara?
However, like it goes for all leaks and rumours, this one too must be taken with a pinch of salt to avoid any disappointment.
The One Max, one of HTC’s yet-to-be-announced smartphones, has been appearing often in leaked shots. Just this morning we reported about one such leak. This time, the leaked picture reveals an intriguing feature, a fingerprint scanner. Taiwanese website ePrice was able to get its hands on a live shot of the smartphone, along with its siblings, the HTC One and the One mini.
The smartphone is likely to come with a 5.9-inch 1080p display as well as Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 800 SoC under the hood. The smartphone, also referred to as HTC One T6, should also come with 2GB of RAM. Additional features like an Ultrapixel digital camera and a 2.1 megapixel front shooter can be expected. Rounding up the expected package is a 3300 mAh battery, which is the bare minimum when you consider the screen size. The smartphone should also come with 64GB of internal storage.
